Relational and Dimensional Modeling Tutorials with Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeling

Chapters 3 and 4 of My new book Human Capital Systems, Analytics and Data Mining includes Relational and Dimensional Modeling Tutorials with Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeling.

 Human Capital Databases are migrated from Relational to Dimensional.  Export of DDL Scripts to migrate the Relational and Dimensional Designs to SQL Server are included along with extensive Tutorials.  The current release of Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeling v8.14 includes export dialects for SQL Server 2012 which are compatible with SQL Server 2014 and 2016.  Later chapters of the book include development of OLAP databases with Microsoft Analysis Services Multidimensional Model Databases (SSAS) and  Data Mining Projects.  Original Research in Pay Equity Issues through the lens of Comparable Worth is included.
